Job Description:
In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas business dynamics in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)
Strong experience dealing with CXO-level decision makers, procurement heads, project directors, and key stakeholders in NOCs (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, QatarEnergy, KPC, PDO) and large EPC contractors.
Proven experience in sales of engineering, FEED, PMC, EPC, O&M, and digital oilfield services for Exploration & Production, Refinery, Petrochemicals, and Energy Transition projects.
Experience in organizing trade shows, participating in international exhibitions such as ADIPEC, IPTC, MEOS, KOGS, and making presentations to prospective clients and government entities.
Ensure prequalification of the organization with key Middle East customers, including registration with NOCs, EPCs, and regional authorities.
Capability to screen enquiries, determine bid strategies, identify risks, analyze profit potential, and develop pursuit plans.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including Proposals, Estimation, Finance, Legal, Taxation, Procurement, and Operations.
Strong ability to build and foster long-term customer relationships, understand project needs, and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
Liaison with Estimation, Finance, and Corporate Management for submission of RFP/RFQ proposals and bid documents.
Gather and analyze market intelligence regarding upcoming projects, competitor strategies, and regional energy policies.
Should be well-versed with Middle East market conditions, business culture, and regulatory frameworks.
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (regular full time 4yrs programme).
